Ingredients

  • 3-4 (about 400g) Ripe bananas
  • 150g (3/4 cup) Sugar
  • 75g (1/3 cup) Melted butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 250g (1 1/2 cups) Flour
  • 1 Egg

Recipe:

  1. Cream bananas, sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, and egg.
  2. Mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a seperate bowl.
  3. Combine the two and portion into muffin tins. Sprinkle with brown sugar on top.
  4. Bake 20 mins @ 375F
